Hi, I have replaced my Fitbit Charge 2 with the Inspire HR, I can not delete the Charge 2 to set up the Inspire on the app, can anyone tell me how to do this? Thanks

If you are having problems pairing your Inspire HR, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provided there. Just make sure to sync your Charge 2 before pairing the new unit to avoid losing your information.
