Inspire HR setup issues

I got a new Inspire HR and the initial www.fitbit.com/setup and logo won't disappear from the screen. It did connect with my phone but now won't sync anything and can't be found. I already disconnected it from my phone and deleted the app then tried to reconnect but it won't go past the logo on the screen. I can't seem to reset the watch itself either - even holding the button for more than 10 seconds doesn't do anything.

Hi @ahcollins, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Inspire HR since it keeps showing the Fitbit logo and the "fitbit.cm/setup" message. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
