My inspire hr stopped working a few days ago. I have done the long reset multiple times. When I reset, I get the smiley face but then nothing appears on the screen. When I plug back into the charger I receive the 001 error. Has anyone else encountered this issue and is there a fix? All that I have been reading online says that the restart should fix everything. I have had this device for less than 2 years so it seems strange it would stop working so soon.

Hi @Michquinn14, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the unresponsive screen issue that your Inspire HR has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.
In order to avoid any confusion on my end, please let me know if you restarted your Inspire HR as described in this help article. After this, try setting up your Fitbit device from scratch and see if the "001 error" message disappears.
