I'm asking this because I don't know if the sensors are working or not. It simply has no way to know it.
In these days, I'm tired of using this inspire hr watch to improve my sleeping quality. I've been restarted it many times, and should I restart it 3 times per day?
I've been using inspire for 3 months, and the silent alarm is set on 6:40 am. It is good in the beginning 2 months. But now, I think it's hard to believe it can show me any accurate results.
For example, on this monday, I waked up on 6:40 am, fitbit shows me I wake up on 6:00 am, and it shows me a 31 minutes awake time 2:00 am - 2:31 am. I'm sorry I totally cannot remember this 31 minutes awake time.
Yesterday, on 6:40 am alarm, I was aware of nothing, and I waked up on 6:50 am on its second time alarm so I think I was in deep sleep or REM on 6:40 am, but it shows me that I was Awake for 1 minute on 6:40 am, my wife can prove that I was not awake at that time.
Today, it shows me I got only 20 minutes deep sleep. The only 20 minutes is very close to my wake up time. It's not the first time, fitbit show me no deep sleep.
I think it's hard to use Fitbit as a reference to improve my sleeping quality if it is completely not reliable, so I'm wondering if Fitbit inspire hr is not durable? And how can I know if Fitbit sensors are still working as it should be?

Welcome to the Community Forums @benpptung. Sorry for the late response, due to recent events affecting our operations, we're taking longer to respond.
I appreciate the time you've taken to report the issues with your Inspire HR. You did a great job trying those steps, sorry to hear those steps didn't solve this issue. This is not an expected behavior and you shouldn't have to restart your Fitbit that often. Our team will be glad to give you hand with this. I've requested a case for you, our team will be contacting you via email.
Let me know if you have questions about it.
