Inspire HR stopped responding

Assuming it was dead, I left my FitBit charging for afew hours. When I checked it the screen was still black. Thinking it was my charger I got my sisters and left it plugged in overnight and still came out with the same result. The green light is off and it continues to have a small vibration every minute. I've tried restarting it while plugged into my laptop, waiting for the logo and version to pop up on the screen as other forums have advised to do. But it still continues to vibrate every minute with no response coming from it at all only the odd smiley face when I hold down. I have it a year now and I certainly didn't expect for it to crash down so soon.
