Hi, I’ve had my Fitbit Inspire HR for approximately 9 months now. I wear it everyday and have not encountered any problems with it until it just completely stopped working. The red/green light also stopped turning on even if I charge it. Any idea what this could be? I’m quite disappointed as it didn’t even last me a year.

@Joycecrls It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!
Let me help you with your unresponsive Inspire HR and thank you for charging it. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help your tracker charge.
Let me know how it goes.
