I've had my fitbit since December and I was slowly having more issues over the last month. First it would start blinking at night. Then it would get stuck and not scroll. Then all of a sudden it stopped working completely and only turns on when its on the charger. The second I take it off the charger it goes black and stops working. I can only do a factory reset while its on the charger. I get a smiley face but then it stops working right after. How do I get a replacement?
