My hr will not end my exercise session. I can finish the session but it won’t return to the main screen. How do I return to the main menu?

Let me help you with Inspire HR stuck in the exercise area. Normally you would press the button to exit this mode but if you find that it is stuck then try restarting it by following these instructions.

I just received my Inspire HR a few days ago.  My Inspire also gets stuck on exercise mode.  For example, I selected Yoga.  Did my yoga, tried to pause, but it wouldn't.  Just kept going.  Sometimes it would pause, but would not let me finish.  I keep pushing the button and it switches to the screen with the battery indicator and the light bulb (Screen Wake).  It won't finish the exercise.  I restarted it and it stopped the exercise mode, but later when I did a new exercise, it did the same thing again and I had to restart it again.  I updated to the new firmware.  It connects well to my phone.  I don't know what else to do, but restarting after each exercise is getting tiresome.
