Inspire HR stuck

Hello, I've had my Inspire HR for a couple weeks now and it has started to stay stuck on the clock screen and I am unable to swipe to other features. It will only display them at the bottom underneath the clock face. It has also started randomly starting the exercise feature and vibrating, specifically tracking a run when I am not doing anything. I have turned it on and off several times already but it remains the same. Any help?

Hi @Rrlucas1  If restarting it doesnt help I think you need to contact Customer Support
