All the sudden mi screen does not working... It turns on but it only shows the clock.
I tried connecting it, but it doesn't even let me turn it off.... What can I do

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. If the display of your Fitbit Inspire HR is not working as it should, I recommend you to try a restart process.
