I synced my Inspire HR to the IOS app as I’d just been for a long walk and wanted the steps logged. After the sync took place, it’s now reset my steps to 0????? Anyone know why this is and if I can get the steps back?

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Is this affecting only steps or other stats too? Can you please clarify if this is affecting the Fitbit app after the syncing process or the steps that were tracked by your device? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Inspire HR.
