Inspire touchscreen not working

I tried restarting it according to the directions. The smile face did appear but scrolling is still not working. What can I do now.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for troubleshooting your Inspire before posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Since the restart process didn't work, please try changing your device's clock face following the steps from our help article: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Hi, thanks for replying. I noticed this about a week before my initial post. I am able to change the clock face on my device but the scrolling functionality still does not work.
