Notifications feature not working properly

I just purchased a fitbit inspire HR three days ago and I had set it up to receive my notifications for my phone. Except it has been acting weird. I would get texts and phone calls and even my instagram notifications but sometimes the notifications will just stop coming in. I would be close by my phone and the sound would be on as it always is and the notification would not pop up on my phone. I would reset it and the same problem. I would turn off the system share and the problem is still there. I'm not sure what to do

Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

Hi, I have the same problem with my inspire HR. I have already send an email to fitbit support. But sorry for saying this, it seems that no-one has a good solution.

 

I'm so disappointed for buying this fitbit.
