Hi there,
I bought my Fitbit Inspire HR Sept 2019. So haven’t had it a year yet. The vibration stopped working. I still get notifications on screen but no vibration. Also it barely attaches to charger. I have to put something underneath it so it doesn’t fall off. Tried calling customer service but there’s long wait times right now so thought I’d ask here 1st.

Hi there,
I’ve tried restarting my Fitbit but still doesn’t vibrate. When I charge device it barely connects to the charger. I have to put something underneath my Fitbit to support it so it doesn’t fall off the charger.
