Hi,
My wife's Inspire HR is only about 6 months old but recently won't hold a charge for more than a few hours and when I try to sync it the app can't find the device. I've done the resets on the Inspire several times and that only ends up being a very short term fix. What do I do?

Hi @Rummy2915, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear about the syncing and battery issues that your Inspire HR has experienced. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Regarding the syncing issue, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
After this, try the tips that are listed in this help page in order to improve the battery life of your Inspire HR.
Finally, monitor your Inspire HR for the next 24 hours and see if the issues get fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀

Thought this was worth the follow up. The scrolling issue ended up fixed after a few more reboot attempts but the battery issue never was resolved and ultimately my wife ended up having to charge it daily before it finally died for good in the last week and it will not charge. She followed all the tips from the link provided and nothing seemed to extend the battery life which is disappointing because the product didn't even last a calendar year.

My HR Inspire needs ten minutes of messing about every morning, to get it to sync.
I’ve followed all the steps over and over but nothing works.
Bluetooth just can’t find the device. The wheel of doom keeps spinning, and “looking” sits staring at
me until I give up, do something else and eventually come back and it’s connected.
