Inspire HR syncing issue

Got a new tablet fir Christmas and have lots of problems getting fitbit to synch 😩

My tablet is Samsung Galaxy A .

Have contacted tech and they said turn on and off Bluetooth which worked once but not since then. 

Any suggestions before I get rid of my fitbit?

Hi @JudMat, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the syncing issue that your Inspire HR has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they will reply to your email soon in order to follow up and assist you accordingly. Please keep an eye on your email account.
