Inspire HR syncing issues

Having problems syncing sleep score from my iPhone to Fitbit Inspire HR. iPhone is able to reflect sleep score but even after resetting Fitbit multiple times, sleep  icon remains dark.

Do you see simple sleep, or sleep stages, @John88Fit no sleep stages, no sleep score.

In my iPhone, I can see complete stats for sleep - sleep score and sleep stages daily.

I just don’t see it in my inspire HR despite multiple synchs.

Looking at the user manual for the inspire HR, page 16. I don't see any place in the Inspire HR where it should show the Sleep data 

Are you sure you have the Inspire HR, with only one side button, and not the Inspire 2 with the tactical button on both sides? 

Sometimes a second sync is needed to get the sleep to display on the tracker.

I have the Inspire HR with only one button.

Previously (before firmware update), every time I sync, my sleep data (I was referring to total sleep hours only) would pop up in my Fitbit.

Been trying to synch multiple times but sleep data wouldn’t show in my Fitbit. I have reset multiple times too but to no avail. Thanks
