Not able to connect my Inspire HR with my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra.   Inspire HR doesn't even show up in the list of available devices.    Is there a way to connect these devices?

Hi @HWS13, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire HR is not connecting with your Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra.

 

Let me know if your Inspire HR shows any error message when you try to connect it with your phone. Also, make sure that you are following the setup process as described in this help article.

Thank you for the information.   Was finally able to sync my Fitbit Inspire HR with my Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra.   No errors displayed on either fitbit or phone.Appreciate the assistance. HWS13Sent from my Galaxy
