Inspire HR touchscreen not responding

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

When I press the button on my FitBit Inspire HR it shows the correct time and date but I can't scroll to see any of my stats.

I can still sinc to my phone and the stats seem accurate so I know it's working.

I've only had it for about three months.

What can I do to fix it?

I'm having this issue too. Tried restarting it, disconnecting and reconnecting to Bluetooth, updating the firmware and changing the clock face. Nothing works.

I also find that sometimes the screen just goes dead for a few hours/few days for no obvious reason and then comes back to life.

I tried the restart and still not working. When I scroll up or down the only thing that changes are the very small stats, the clock remains stationary.

Mine is the same since the 1.88.11 firmware update, it will not swipe.

I have contacted Fitbit through the web chat and they say the fault is known about but no idea when it will be fixed.

Not best chuffed as its not really useable as is.

Hello again! It's a pleasure for me to continue providing assistance with your Inspire devices.

I appreciate each of the posts that were shared on this thread, your patience trying the restart process that was shared on my previous post is appreciated. If this specific procedure didn't work and you're still experiencing difficulties with the touchscreen of your Inspire devices (Either Inspire or Inspire HR), my best advice will be to contact our Customer Support team to receive further assistance directly with them. I can also contact them for you guys if necessary, just let me know so I can proceed.

I'll be around, let me know if you have any additional questions.

If you could contact customer support that would be helpful. My device is pretty much useless at the moment - on top of the issue with not being able to swipe up and down, the battery life is suddenly terrible, lasting less than a day between charges. I'm really not happy with Fitbit at the moment - I've barely had the HR for a year and it's barely useable.

My HR was still under warranty so I got my new one yesterday and I'm back in business! I just cant get it to come on with a 'flick of the wrist' so I'm looking for a setting on that. Anyone know how to make that feature work again and save my wrist from whiplash 🤭
