Inspire HR won't undo sensitivity setting

I set my Inspire HR to 'sensitive' thinking it would better read the data, but decided I didn't like it flashing on at random times at every wrist movement, esp. at night. I changed the setting online back to 'normal' but it is still acting sensitive, randomly flashing on. What else can be done to make it 'normal' again?

So it was the Sleep Sensitivity setting.

The watch lighting up when you turn your wrist is called 'Screen Wake'.  To turn that off, hold in side button a few seconds;  look for 'Screen Wake' below battery;  tap to toggle off or on.

Could you clarify the "sensitive" setting?  Did you find this on the tracker?  And was it called anything besides "sensitive"?  The only setting I can think of offhand with a sensitivity is sleep setting, which has nothing to do with screen coming on, and is ignored with heart rate sensors.

Under Settings, under Sleep Sensitivity, there are two options: Normal and Sensitive. However, under Sensitive, the watch kept flashing ON every time I moved my wrist, night AND day. So I changed it back to Normal setting, but it's still flashing randomly. I am 'pretty sure' that is the only 'setting' I've fiddled with but not positive.

Thank you so much! I think I must have activated that by accident while fiddling with all the settings! Live and learn.
