This evening the touchscreen on my inspire hr stopped working correctly. It will not scroll when swiped. The side button will bring up screen but that is all. If I hold the button nothing happens. It is locked on time screen.

Best Answermine was doing the same thing. I went to the article that tells you how to restart your fitbit. and it fixed it. you have to put your fitbit on charge and then push and hold the side button for 5 seconds then if you see a smilely face your fitbit reset and then it should work right . mine did

I'm also having the same issues. Restarted it several times and it still won't work.
I have restarted it several times already but the screen still won't work. The Fitbit is working and updating in the app but the touch screen won't work.

Best AnswerSame problem. Screen is messed up. Tried restart or reset several times and it will not reset. Frustrating yet another FitBit product has stopped working properly again. Interesting several people are having trouble, but FitBit doesn't seem to be fixing the glitch. Will continue to try.....
