I wonder if this is a firmware related issue or hardware. Weeks ago my Inspire HR works perfectly fine until it started showing wrong time and now the screen is not responding to touch. Lifting my wrist also doesn't show the clock face. It's too much trouble to always sync to see the stats. When I exercise I can't even track my heart rate anymore 😤

Hi @april03, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the touchscreen feature of your Inspire HR stopped working properly and it won't track your heart rate when you exercise.
Please restart your Inspire HR as described in this help article. After this, follow the troubleshooting steps included in this help page in order to fix the heart rate tracking issue.
Finally, monitor your Inspire HR during the next 24 hours and see if the issues get fixed.
