Inspire HR tracking sleep score inconsistent

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Inspire HR has tracked my sleep and given me the analysis of sleep stages since purchase a few weeks ago. However, I only get a sleep score sporadically which is very frustrating when you are working to improve your sleep. Please advise thank you.

@Jsmorada Welcome to the Fitbit Community!

Let me help you with your sleep score. You will get Sleep score if you get sleep stages. Could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your account? Please note that you may not get Sleep Stages for the following reasons:

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
  • If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
  • If you slept for less than 3 hours.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

For more information about why you see your sleep pattern, tap or click the sleep record that shows your sleep pattern.

Let me know how it goes.

I've been having the same issue for the last week. I've adjusted the wrist strap. I'm not using the Begin Sleep Now function. All of a sudden it's just not reading/recording my resting heart rate or my detailed sleep score.

While I have been receiving more sleep scores not using the Begin Sleep
feature, they are unusable as they consistently show 1 or 2 hour blocks of
time awake in the middle of the night or record I went to sleep hours after
I did. I have tried several positions on my wrist. I sleep on my back and
am actually made fun of by my husband for how little I move in my sleep. I
really love everything else about this unit but am sad and frustrated that
I don't have the sleep analysis function I was looking for.

Same here. On top of that, I have to restart my Fitbit because it keeps stopping counting stairs and exercise minutes.

Very frustrating.
