Apologies for creating yet again another post on the unresponsive Inspire HR.

Other posts seem old and unresolved.

I bought my fitbit inspire hr two weeks ago - June 2020 - and it simply does not response/wake under touch. The wrist move wake up is not as bad but still often fails. I already did the restart to no avail.

 

Could you please provide assistance to sort my brand new inspire hr unresponsive screen?
