I don’t understand why they are still selling these when there’s a problem. It seems people are waiting for the update and spending hours trying to fix these. Why not stop selling them, fix them and then start selling them again? What other product do you buy, knowing it’s defective and then having to repair it yourself. I wanted a new Fitbit- not a do it yourself repair project. Am I missing something here?

You didn't mention what "the problem" is.

It might not be as obvious to everyone what exactly you are referring to.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
