I cannot get my Inspire HR to sync.
I restart my tracker, I restart my phone, I uninstalled app on phone and unpaired and paired tracker.
I can only get it to sync when I unpair and pair the tracker again, which deletes all the data I was trying to sync.
The website give almost no info on how to fix and then circles you back to the exact same page.
I have had difficulties with syncing ever since I purchased this tracker, but this problem makes wearing tracker pointless.
After the re-pairing of the tracker, it will never connect to bluetooth again (yes, bluetooth on phone is on).
Yes, I have my location turned on when I try to sync, as the app says.
Does anyone have a fix that will actually keep working?

Having the same problem today. It took a phone restart, install/install the app, reboot the device... nothing worked until I just sat and tried to synch it over and over for half an hour. This app needs to be fixed, I have to force quit and restart at least once a week and have to reboot the device almost as often. Not nearly ready for primetime, guys.

I’ve used fitbit for years... just upgrade to inspire HR. Cannot sync or get text notifications. Going to change to another company!!!!

I’m having the same issue. Haven’t fixed it yet but am almost sure it has to do with an iPhone update I did on same day my Fitbit syncing stopped.

I have friend that her fitbit she has been using for awhile quit syncing as well. Ours our new ones that we upgraded to. I’ve tried every step they recommend. Returning them for refund.

Same problem however, I can't even sync the first time. Frustrating and I'm going to return this thing. I don't need the stress.
