Inspire HR won't charge past 50%

Hi! I am charging my Inspire HR and it won't charge past 50%.  It has been on the charger for a couple of hours.

How can I restart it to see if that will help?

@carrottop56 Welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not fully charging. Yes you can restart your device to see if this helps. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.
