Inspire HR won’t charge

Every time I plug in my inspire HR, it gives me the www.Fitbit.com/setup even though I have already linked it to my phone. I never can see if it is actually charging because when I press the side button, all I get is the message above.

 

How can I fix this?

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I recommend restarting your tracker by following the steps in How do I restart my Fitbit device? Please follow the complete troubleshooting tips in Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

 

You can try reconnecting your tracker to your Fitbit account by doing the following:

 

  1. Open the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
