Hi. I've just gotten a new Inspire HR. I've connected to the app but the tracker update wont complete for me to be able to use the Fitbit. I've done everything that was recommended. Turning off and on Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, the phone, the tracker. I've uninstalled the app multiple times. I've removed the tracker from my account and added it back on. It will get to around 35/40% each time then the tracker resets and shows screen with a scrolling message 'www.fitbit.com/setup'. Is this an issue with the new firmware? How can I fix this? Really disappointed as this was a Christmas present, that I haven't been able to use yet because of this problem.

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. Please contact them with the reference number they provided in case the issue persists.

Hi, I followed all instructions given and was told to just wait and see if it updates. I was also advised it can take up to 6 days of trying to update before it may work? Is this correct
