I have tried everything but my fitbit will not pair with my phone. It is not a new device; I disconnected it from my account in the vain hope of fixing the syncing problem. Instead it made it worse. I did all of the obvious: I restarted the device, my phone, made sure my inspire hr was charging, and even uninstalled the app.
If anyone can help I would be extremely grateful

Same problem since recently. Worked well for over a year with my Galaxy S7. Now it syncs sometimes but often it doesn't. Plus, my cell tells me that the device is not connected via bluetooth and it does not even appear in scans most of the times. When it sometimes does, I can't connect it. On the other hand the app gets data here and there. On some days it does and some days it doesn't. When I manually sync it, it syncs.
I tried all the help that I read in this community...
