Hi I've tried to reboot but nothing happens. No smiley face what should I do next please anyone else experienced this? Thanks

Let me help you witn rebooting your Inspire HR. Are your restarting your device for any particular reason? You only mention that you can't restart it properly but not why you are doing this. If your device isn't responding it could be that it isn't charging or a display issue. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help your tracker charge.
