Have had this device for about 6 months. The first 3 months were fine but for the last 3 months the screen keeps freezing. Normally I reset it using the usb charger and holding the button and that works but for the last 3 days this wont work. Screen is now stuck on time and steps and cannot scroll or tap to see anything else. Have tried changing clock face and also have let it power off completely and recharge and still no joy. Bought this for a friend for her bday also and embarrassed to go find she has been experiencing the same issues. Am extremely disappointed with these devices

I'm having the same issue and I've done the charger reset until you see a smiley face trick to no avail. Would love a resolution on this! It's logging my information in the app, but I rely on the heart rate on my watch when working out and would love to be able to stop toggling between my interval timer app and the FitBit app to check my heart rate.

I feel your pain Heather 😊 soooo annoying trying to toggle and jog-gle at the same time! I can’t even select exercise now, depending on auto- recognise function 👎
