I been trying to setup my Fitbit for the last 3 hours straight and I never used this brand before and I'm only able to get the app on my computer (because my phone is annoying and doesn't like to cooperate with me), but it not even working I read all the instructions what the app told me to do, I read all the website instructions on how to start it and the different ways to do it, but it doesn't even want to connect to my computer's Bluetooth (I did the all the steps like 15 times and still nothing worked.), and I've been stressed out because I lost my old Fitbit just recently and now I'm struggling trying to set my new one up.
I know I should've just ask the support staff for help but I'm shy about calling because it kind of scary for me.

I always charge my devices first for two hours when I get them. Sometimes the setup process can take a while, as you might have noticed last night.
Next load the app on your phone or computer (whichever one is available, as long as there's BT connectivity available) and log in.
From there, you should see your profile icon in the upper left corner, tap/click it and turn your BT on.
Select "Set Up A New Device" and then Inspire 2.
Follow the prompts from there.
If you ever need Support, you can start a Live Chat with them as one of the options. Just click "Help" at the bottom of the page and you should see that option.

I let my Fitbit to charge to 100% before even attempting to set it up when I first gotten it and I tried many times and each time I tried I keep getting a error which says "An Issue occurred while pairing your tracker" and it gives me instructions on how to set it up which I did like 20 times now and it still doesn't work.
and I know that it seem like I'm just stupid but I tried many times even my older brother couldn't help me and I'm getting stressed from it.
