I got my mom an Inspire HR a while back, and she just recently informed me that it isn't working so she hasn't been using it for months. She is not tech savvy so I took it home with me and have been trying to troubleshoot it. She also didn't tell me much about what happened besides that it won't work. I tried to restart it multiple times and nothing happened. The only way I know it is still working is that the green light on the inside is still flashing. One time the screen flashed black and white pixels, but that has been it. I have tried everything that I know to do, any help would be great!
