Edit : I managed to fix it by restarting the Fitbit, pairing it and waiting either for an error message or 30 mins ish of loading screen before repeating the same thing. Took 4 times and it's finally paired. But one issue remains, it won't track my activities.
September 2nd my Fitbit stopped syncing to the app and wouldn't register my sleep or my exercise. It still registered heartbeats, steps and km somehow. Today I got fed up and decided to try and fix it since obviously waiting it out wasn't fixing anything.
So before I get the basic fixes I'll list what I've tried to no avail :
- Closing the Bluetooth on and off
- Restarting my phone
- Uninstalling and re-installing app
- Hard restart the Fitbit itself
- Unpaired the Fitbit and tried to re-pair it to the app, now it won't pair at all so the problem actually got worse
I get stuck at the pairing step. It finds it, I write down the number that appears on the Fitbit, but then.. nothing. It just won't pair. My wifi is on and works well, my Bluetooth is on and works well with other devices (speaker, my car..). I've had this Fitbit for like a year and never had issues before 😕
What am I supposed to do?
