Inspire HR won't sync by Bluetooth

I’ve had my Fitbit for about a week and a half with no issues.  A few mornings ago i did updates on my iPhone and iPad.  Since then my Fitbit will not connect to either one by Bluetooth.  I’ve turned my iPhone off a couple of times and turned Bluetooth off a few times.  Fitbit is working okay otherwise. Any ideas?

Same issue-On my IPhone when I go to sync it states "Device not found.".  However I can syn on my old IPad???  I can't haul around my dinosaur IPad with me everywhere???  My firmware is updated on my Inspire so that is not the issue.  I have turned off my device, turned my Bluetooth on & off, Uninstalled my App and reinstalled my app like 6 times.  I then did the Hokey Pokey and turned myself around and that didn't help either!!!!!  HELP!  I am in IOS Fitbit hell.

I’ve tried everything and after I posted yesterday I went on the ‘chat’ and did all the suggestions (thank goodness ‘doing the Hokey Pokey’ wasn’t one). He couldn’t come up with a solution. They’re sending me a new ‘tracker’. I’ve just had this for a couple of weeks so the warranty is good. I was loving it and hope this doesn’t happen again.
Hopefully you’re still under warranty...but I’d try the ‘chat’ anyway.
