Inspire HR won't sync

For the past couple of days my Inspire HR won't sync, meaning I am having no messages or notifications coming through.

I have tried restarting the Inspire HR, I have removed the device and added it again, I have restarted the Bluetooth, forced stopped the app and removed it, all to no avail. Every time I go on to the app it says the device can't be found..

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not working and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleI would like you to retry some of the troubleshoots but in the following order:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

having same issues with syncing...Fitbit screwed up again and must have released another buggy update...

Hi, I have attempted what you have suggested, however there have been no improvements. 

I have had the watch for about 3 months now and this has only ever been a problem this past week. 

Every time I try to sync with the Bluetooth it doesn't seem to pair or stayed connected..
