I keep getting a failed to sync message, yet my sleep updates, but not my steps. My iPhone 8 says it is connected. The Bluetooth connection keeps disconnecting automatically and will not re-connect automatically. It seems the only way to get my steps to sync is to turn off my iPhone, restart it, reconnect the Fitbit, and it will update one time and one time only. Painful! Help! My iPhone is on the latest release.
