Even after restarting my account I cannot get device to sync. Tips or help, please.

I am sorry for the delay in response and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this syncing issue. If your tracker isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provided there.
