Hello,

 

how can I restart my Inspire HR watch ?

I purchased it 1 year ago becvause I liked the fact I could do running but also swimming.

Yesterday I went to the swimming pool but suddenly, after about 1hour it began to vibrate and showed the sign battery low.... after it went out.

 

I tried to load the battery and got nothing since yesterday 

 

even when I try to push the button more than 15sec nothing

i love my fitbit and i can’t afford a new one

 

help please

@Elsarmache Welcome to our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about your Inspire HR since it won't turn on or take a charge. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

I would like to know if your Inspire HR vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Inspire HR for 2-3 hours and see if it gets back to life.
