Inspire HR wont start exercise

My inspire hr wont allow me to start an exercise. The screen is working and scrolling but when i go to press the play button it doesn't respond. Ive done a reset, ive removed exercises and re added them still not working.

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not able to start an exercise and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. This is quite odd. I suggest you try clearing the data on your tracker but note that you will need to set it up again on your account.

I had the exact same problem start last week.  I tried reboots and resets but I the exercise play button still did not work.  I worked support resetting, rebooting and reinstalling the iphone app.  In the end support sent me a new Inspire HR.

MINE AS OF TODAY I SUSPECT IT UPDATED WHEN IT SYNCED. SEEMS I ALWAYS HAVE ISSUES WITH IT SINCE I BOUGHT IT. ESPECIALLY WHEN GOING TO EXERCISE. NOTHING LIKE HAVEING TO SPEND 5 MINUTES OR MORE TRYING TO GET IT TO CONNECT. I THINK THE TRUE FIX IS A HAMMER AND PURCHASE SOMETHING ELSE.
