I just purchased the Inspire HR. I can not get it set up on my IPhone6+.....and the Time has jumped 4 hours ahead and I can’t get it to reset the Time.... I would like a Refund and Purchase the Alta HR?.... Please Respond.

Hi @Grandma216 where did you purchase it? The Alta HR has been retired and the Inspire HR is the Fitbit which replaced it.

It's entirely possible that your Inspire HR is getting ready to die. The warranty is for one year, so I don't see how Fitbit can refund your money. You'd need to ask Best Buy if you purchased an extended warranty.
