My Inspire Fitbit tracks everything except sleep. That moon symbol stays dark, day or night. All the other activities--steps walked, what time it is, etc.--show up just fine. What do I do to get the sleep working again?

@merylsgirl It's nice to have you on board! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your sleep tile on your Inspire HR not showing any data. Do you see the sleep data on the Fitbit account? Or is it missing from there too? Since you only mention it missing from the Inspire I suggest you log a sleep record on your Fitbit account. Save and sync your tracker and see if it shows on your tracker. Also restart your device.
Let me know how it goes.

Hi Merylsgirl
Thank you for your reply.
I'm beginning to think that i Initially set it up all wrong when i chose the apps to upload to my device.
I hadnt intended to wear it to bed (then changed my mind),
I'm wondering if I needed to add 'sleep' to my device somwhere in 'setup'.
Is the app on your phone/computer working?
