Hi,

I have Fitbit Inspire and not Inspire HR. Can someone help me with interval timer with Fitbit Inspire??

Let me help you with your Inspire using interval training. The Fitbit Inspire doesn't have an interval training option as this is found in the exercise app which is only available for the Fitbit Inspire HR.
