I’ve had several issues with my inspire which I purchased several months ago. The biggest is that it stops syncing and won’t even show up on my Bluetooth. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and it keeps happening which is very disheartening.
Another issue is I walk a lot (every day) with my little one in her stroller. However, if my Fitbit is on my wrist while pushing the stroller it doesn’t count my steps, but on my belt loop it isn’t tracking hr or activity. I feel like I can’t win. I purchased the inspire after the movers “packed” my flex in my PCs move Abdul it never turned up again. I love my Fitbit but it’s almost more frustration than it’s worth at this point. What do I do?

Hi @Katskillgirl What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?

As far as pushing a stroler goes you have to make the choice as to what is more important to you. Unfortunately wrist work tracker struggle to pick up steps when you are not moving your arms.
