Inspire Not Vibrating

My brand new Inspire HR is not vibrating when I get a call or text. I’ve been an Alta owner for years, until my Alta HR died, and I have come to count on those vibrations.

Hello @MerylFern, thank you for the information provided regarding your Inspire device that is no vibrating. 

 

Before considering other options, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article to complete a restart procedure. 

 

In addition to the restart, please try setting up an alarm as well to check if you're able to get a vibration.
