Inspire Sleep score not showing up

I saw the previous ans. but with mine I sometimes get a score. I put it on the same place every night. It’s on my non dominant hand. It gives a minimum heart rate every time. But it says couldn’t get a consistent heart rate as the reason for not having a score. It tells how I slept, how many times awake, etc. So what does that actually means “inconsistent heart rate”

@J0316 Nice to have you around. Thank you for sharing your information.

“inconsistent heart rate” is shown, whenever the heartrate cannot be detected or recorded. When sleeping this could happend if you move and the tracker also moves its position and cannot recognize a heart rate or looses the recognition of it.

Try wearing the tracker higher or lower, tighter or looser, during your sleep.

The best place for the heart rate to be recognize is on the underside of your wrist. You could try wearing the Fitbit so that the heart rate sensors are placed there during your sleep

Hope this helps

I’ve tried those they haven’t worked either. When I got it is working. I didn’t change the way I wore it but it started to do less each week to where it isn’t doing it at all.  So I tried your suggestion but they didn’t work either. I even changed it to my left arm, dominant arm, but it didn’t help either.

Update.
I went back to non dominant side again and tried the underside again and it worked.
I have read other  comments to this topic and some have suggested to not press sleep mode and just let the watch detect your sleep to get a more consistent pattern. So I will try it next  and with putting it on the underside to see if it isn’t a little more consistent. If it can go back to the 5 days a week that would be good.

Another question: If it gives me the minimum heart rate every night, isn’t that when you are asleep? So does it take longer to calculate the sleep score than the minimum heart rate?

@J0316 , Thank you for keeping us updated. I'm glad that the readings are better now.

Depending on the time of the reading your minimum heart rate could be while sleeping, or when you are lying down. The sleep score will take the data of your sleep, that includes the heart rate, to make be calculated.

See you around.
