Inspire Stuck in Startup

New Inspire. Existing Account.  Tracker is charged,

but stuck in logos/startup screen.  Doesn't appear paired with BlueTooth.

Hi @JIMSEL,

 

It's great to hear that your account is set up, now you just need to pair the device with your account.  If you haven't already, please download the Fitbit app (free) and log into your account.  Turn your BT on, you will need this later.  Make sure all other BTs and Fitbits are either off or moved before you begin the process so that it doesn't interfere with the pairing of the device.

 

So now that we're logged into your account, let's get started!  Please tap your profile picture in the upper left corner.  

 

Now we're in your Account Settings.  Scroll down until you see "Add New Device".

 

Great, we're at the Device Setup page!  Find your tracker and tap it.  Next accept the terms and follow the prompts!

 

After that you're all set to start using your new buddy!
