Every couple of days I notice that my Inspire battery is far lower than it should be based on when it received a full recharge. When this happens I always find that either the stopwatch or the countdown timer has started in their own and are draining the battery. In the past, customer support told me to reset the Inspire to clear the problem. I now reset the Inspire every time I recharge and the issue seems to be getting worse. I never use the timers. Is there a way to remove or block their operation? Is my Inspire just broken and should be replaced?

Hello @atwalls
I believe you can uninstall the timer app since you said you never use it. It’s certainly worth a shot to see if it helps. Open your Fitbit App, tap your profile picture then scroll down and tap Inspire then tap gallery. Now scroll down till you see the Timer App. Once you find it tap it and then tap uninstall. Once that is completed make sure your sync your Inspire to accept any changes you made.
😃 Please let me know if this brings you a resolution to your problem with the timer app. Keep me posted

I apologize @atwalls Apparently uninstalling it doesn’t work like my Versa 2 does. I would call Fitbit Customer Service: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US. I can see from previous post that you have tried restarting and other tips to resolve the issue and all attempts have been unsuccessful.

Thanks for the follow up @SunsetRunner . I have contacted FitBit customer support in the past about this issue. Their recommendation was to reset the Inspire. Although a reset (or reboot) clears up the issue for a period of time, the issue returns in a couple of days. On the upside, I am now quite adept at rebooting or resetting my FitBit. The downside is that I now have to check my FitBit for sufficient power nad no active power drains prior to taking off for a long hike or backpack. In the past, I was confident that a fully charged Inspire would last through 4-5 days of hiking/backpacking. Now, I can't really count on it to stay alive.

That’s quite unfortunate @atwalls 🥺 That has to be beyond frustrating. I wish I had a solution for you but I don’t. I will keep an eye out for any possible resolutions and will update here if I come across anything that might work
