Hi, i started using Inspire on Sunday, 26th May. It worked absolutely fine on sunday and monday and also recorded my steps for tuesday till 11 am. However after that i realised that it reset my steps to o and started counting again. Did this happen because i accidentally turned off the Bluetooth on my phone which is connected to fitbit? What could be the reason for the resetting? Now its working fine as in counting steps accurately, however my morning step count is erased for tuesday.

I'll be glad to give you a hand with this. This is not a normal behavior, even though this is working now. By any chance do you have any other Fitbit device connected to your Fitbit account. Have you used the option Mobile Track recently?
If you turn off Bluetooth your Fitbit will stop syncing but it should save all your data for the next synchronization. Is this happening to often to you?

Best AnswerI have a new fitbit inspire also, and the same thing just happened to me.
I have been wearing it for about 24 hours and suddenly at 7pm-ish tonight it just reset back to zero. I haven't changed any settings since yesterday, so really not sure as to why it has happened. how did you resolve this?
